TURN Infrastructure Maintenance in Singapore and Bangalore Regions May 6, 2026 13:30-14:30 UTC
We will be updating our TURN server setup in Singapore (sgp-1) and Bangalore (blr-1) regions. During this time, viewers relying on TURN connections in these regions may experience failures.

Service Provider Maintenance May 6, 2026 21:00-22:00 UTC
We will be undergoing required maintenance by a service provider. During this period, a small number of Millicast streams may experience brief interruptions where streams disconnect and reconnect automatically. Live monitoring will briefly go offline. Customers utilizing high availability/redundancy streams can expect the backup stream to be utilized if there is an inturruption.
There is no action required from customers at this time. Our team is monitoring performance closely and will update this page with any changes.
